Job Description
Leverage Adobe Analytics and BI tools to optimize digital performance; lead CRO, A/B testing, and dashboarding to improve conversion and user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze web/app/campaign performance with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and BI tools
• Conduct funnel analysis, heat maps, and behavior tracking
• Monitor acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics
• Implement A/B testing for landing pages, checkout, and campaigns
• Recommend UX improvements to boost conversion and reduce drop-offs
• Develop dashboards/reports in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Google Data Studio
• Provide weekly/monthly insights and partner cross-functionally
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Analytics, BI, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years in digital analytics/Adobe Analytics/BI
• Hands-on with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools
• Understanding of CRO and user behavior analysis
• Experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau)
