Job Description
Drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through lifecycle communications and co-branded programs; deliver data-driven insights to improve CLV and repeat bookings.
Responsibilities:
• Execute personalized email, push, and SMS campaigns
• Implement segmentation and behavior-triggered communications
• Track and optimize open rates, CTR, and retention KPIs
• Manage co-branded partnerships with banks/payment providers and travel partners
• Oversee referral & affiliate marketing programs and ROI tracking
• Analyze engagement trends and report on campaign performance
• Collaborate with analytics/digital marketing to refine efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years in email marketing, CLM, or loyalty marketing
• Experience with CRM tools (Adobe Campaign, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage)
• Experience in affiliate marketing/partnerships/referrals
• Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle strategies
