We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as *Customer Support Associates* for both *Full-Time* and *Part-Time* positions at *DFW International Airport*.

*Starting Pay Rate at $17.00/hr + GREAT BENEFITS!*

As a *CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE*, you won’t be stuck behind a counter ringing up customers. Nor will you spend time counting and reconciling money at the beginning and end of your shift. We are a cash-free business where technology handles the credit card sales transactions for us! Instead, our Team focuses on keeping shelves full of great products, organized and clean, and keeping customers happy! *We provide *_*job readiness *_*training,* so you are comfortable with how the technology works!

*A few things that you must do in this role:*

* *CUSTOMER FOCUSED*: Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers; ability to handle several customers at once.

* Demonstrates attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

* Enjoy engaging with the customers: help to familiarize our cashier-free shopping experience, assist with product selection, listening to their needs, and answering questions.

* Must be able to work an entire shift independently, eight (8) hours or more.

* Must be able to multi-task by handling customers, stocking products, and assisting with product deliveries.

* Must have flexibility to opening and closing times (*the location MUST by contract open at 5:00 am and close when the last flight departs-closing times may vary*).

* Lifting 35lbs minimum and reliable transportation required.

* Must be able to pass a thorough TSA Federal Criminal 10 Year History Record Check
