Job Description
Cross-trained front desk and ramp customer service; invoicing; dispatch support; coordinate services and logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Meet/greet customers at ramp and front desk
• Full-service concierge (fueling, catering, lodging, transportation)
• Stock departing aircraft; complete request and contract forms
• Escort/assist transportation; invoice fueling and handling services
• Opening/closing duties; update arrival/departure board
• Communicate aircraft call-ins and parking; dispatch fuel orders
• Coordinate with Line Service; maintain clean/professional lobby; maintain supplies
• Professional correspondence with customers/vendors
Qualifications:
• HS diploma or GED
• 1–2 years customer service (aviation/FBO preferred)
• Excellent communication; analytical/organizational skills
• Accurate records; multitask in fast-paced environment
• Differentiate aircraft types; understand military time and phonetic alphabet
• Proficient with customer service software
• Self-starter; receptive to feedback
• Valid Driver's License; ability to attain Love Field badge
