Aircraft Structure Technician

Inspect, repair, and modify aircraft structures and components; sheet metal and composite work; ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled/special inspections

• Fabricate/repair/modify metal components using sheet metal techniques

• Modify/install components per specs and engineering drawings

• Read/interpret aircraft/engineering drawings

• Perform and troubleshoot structural repairs (sheet metal, riveting, patching, fiberglass/composites)

• Ensure FAA/manufacturer compliance

• Understand airframe and powerplant systems

• Maintain accurate documentation for parts, repairs, inspections

• Ensure calibration of shop test equipment; report discrepancies

Qualifications:

• HS diploma minimum

• 5+ years aviation maintenance

• Preferred airframes: Gulfstream, Global Express, Falcon 900 EASy, Challenger 350, Citation Sovereign, King Air

• Preferred engines: BR710, HTF7000, PW306, TFE-731, PT6

• Alternative R&D experience considered

• Proficient with airframe/engine repair; strong analytical/organizational/communication skills

• Proficient computer and aviation software; accurate records; problem-solving

Required Certifications:

• FAA Airframe (A) – REQUIRED

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to attain Love Field badge
