Aircraft Structures Mechanic

STS Technical Services is actively seeking experienced Aircraft Structures Mechanics to join the team at flyExclusive, one of the largest and fastest-growing private jet charter companies in North America. Position Overview:

We’re looking for skilled professionals with strong aircraft structures and sheet metal experience. Corporate aviation experience is a must, and A&P license holders may qualify for direct hire opportunities and higher pay rates.

Job Location & Shift Availability:

Location: Kinston, North Carolina

Weekend Day Shift (Team A1): Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Weekend Night Shift (Team A2): Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural repairs and modifications on a variety of corporate aircraft platforms

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and structural repair manuals

Conduct sheet metal fabrication, drilling, riveting, and assembly using hand and power tools

Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications and quality standards

Follow all safety protocols and FAA regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Work collaboratively with technicians and leads to meet maintenance schedules and turnaround times

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of aircraft structures or sheet metal experience

At least 1 year of recent experience on corporate aircraft

Strong understanding of structural repair methods and tooling

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and technical manuals

A&P license is not required, but those who possess one may qualify for direct hire and higher pay

Must have recent hands-on structures experience
