About the Role:

We're actively seeking experienced *Avionics Technicians* to support advanced business jet maintenance operations in *Little Rock, AR*. This is a *contract-to-hire opportunity* offering competitive pay, a highly specialized environment, and long-term career potential.

You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped facility performing troubleshooting, installation, and repairs on sophisticated avionics systems across a fleet of elite *fixed-wing aircraft*.

✈Responsibilities:

* Perform *troubleshooting, testing, installation, and repair* of avionics systems on fixed-wing aircraft.

* Diagnose issues with navigation, communication, auto-pilot, and other electronic systems.

* Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer data to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

* Document maintenance, repair, and testing activities in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.

* Support functional checks, operational tests, and pre-delivery inspections.

* Collaborate with airframe and systems technicians to meet project timelines and aircraft delivery standards.

Requirements:

* *Minimum 4 years of avionics troubleshooting experience* on *fixed-wing aircraft platforms*.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting *wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals*.

* Strong understanding of *aircraft electronics systems*, including flight control, navigation, communication, and entertainment systems.

* Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment.

* Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a background and drug screening.

Preferred:

* Prior military avionics experience highly regarded.

* FAA A&P or FCC license a plus (not required).
