JOB TITLE: Interior Installer III - VIP Aircraft Interiors

LOCATION: Moses Lake, WA

PAY RATE: Up to $50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (3+ months with potential for extension)

Per Diem: Available (50/50 split)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Support luxury aircraft completions

Install, modify, and refurbish high-end interior components in line with engineering specs and FAA regulations

Install and modify interior components: panels, cabinetry, upholstery, flooring, etc.

Interpret engineering drawings and installation documentation

Ensure FAA compliance and top-tier craftsmanship

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

Maintain a clean, organized work area suitable for VIP standards

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years’ aircraft interior installation experience

Experience with VIP, VVIP, or Head-of-State interiors preferred

Must be able to start ASAP

Willingness to work overtime

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR compliance

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools

Solid communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, adaptable, and proactive work ethic

Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement practices

Physically able to perform tasks in confined or elevated spaces; lift up to 50 lbs (75–100 with assistance)
