Summary:

Performs complex production assembly on aircraft structural components, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual and automated tools in a manufacturing environment.

This role is strictly for candidates with professional aviation/aerospace assembly experience — automotive assembly experience is not applicable

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of aircraft or aerospace assembly experience (automotive assembly not considered)

Ability to read and follow technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications

Experience in aircraft panel installation, sealant application, and fuel tank work

Use of chemical solvents, sealants, adhesives, coatings, and finishes

Ability to perform bond and ground measurements

In-tank sealing and confined space work (training/certification required)

Capable of performing structural washes (e.g., fuel tanks)

Microsoft Office / Outlook

CAD / 3D Drawing Software

Internet Explorer

Use of various hand and power tools (e.g., rivet gun, bucking bar, nut runner, Winslow, Quackenbush)

Mechanical lift operation (ladders, tiger/snorkel lifts)

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
