*Position:* Aviation Maintenance Instructor

*Supervisor:* Director of Education

*Location:* Concord, MA (Relocation assistance available)

*Shift:* Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

*Relocation Assistance:* $3,500

Job Responsibilities:

* Instruct students in aviation maintenance technology, adhering to FAA, State, and regulatory requirements

* Demonstrate and enforce proper safety procedures

* Maintain equipment and labs

* Keep accurate academic and attendance records

* Submit required documentation and reports on time

* Maintain a neat and orderly classroom or lab

* Foster positive professional relationships with students

* Collaborate with fellow instructors

Qualifications:

* *High moral character and integrity* *- Background and Drug Screen Required*

* FAA A&P certificate

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience (diverse experience is a plus)

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Preferred: Prior instructional experience

* Preferred: Experience with a variety of aircraft systems

* Preferred: Knowledge of Airmen Certification Standards (ACS) for Airframe or Power Plant ratings

* Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and teamwork orientation
