Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (Tech II & III)

STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (Levels II & III) to support flyExclusive in Kinston, North Carolina. Shift Details

Technicians follow a 4-3-3-4 rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts. Two shifts are available:

Team A1 (Weekend Day Shift): Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Team A2 (Weekend Night Shift): Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Please Note: Candidates must have corporate aviation experience to be considered.

Position Breakdown

Technician II

Pay: $36–$41/hour

Experience: 4–7 years of aircraft maintenance

Preferred Background: Corridor experience and familiarity with business / corporate jets

Technician III

Pay: $41–$48/hour

Experience: 7–10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance

Preferred Background: Corridor experience and advanced knowledge of business / corporate jets

Required Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification

In-depth understanding of aircraft mechanical systems and how they interact

Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, ATA codes, and IPMs

Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and team-driven
