What You’ll Do:

Perform inspections and maintenance per FAA regulations and company standards.

Conduct scheduled/unscheduled repairs on airframes, engines, and components.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Accurately document all maintenance activity.

Work closely with the team to complete projects safely and on time.

Mentor junior mechanics and support ongoing training.

Stay current on aviation trends and technologies.

Maintain tools and report any issues promptly.

What You’ll Need:

FAA A&P certification.

2+ years of aviation maintenance experience (Part 145 preferred).

Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.

Solid understanding of aviation safety and compliance standards.
