Position Overview:
Tank Tigers is hiring Aircraft Fuel Cell Technicians (Class B) to join our team in Oklahoma City. This hands-on role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on aircraft fuel systems in accordance with FAA regulations and customer specifications. If you have at least two years of aircraft maintenance experience and are ready to work in a high-performance, safety-first environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform fuel tank maintenance, including preventive tasks and alterations, under the direction of supervisors and per approved maintenance data
Ensure maintenance activities are performed in proper sequence and inspections are requested on time
Maintain and use test equipment and tools in compliance with calibration and labeling standards
Request and utilize parts and stock appropriately based on assigned work
Accurately document completed work in applicable maintenance records
Follow all FAA regulations, including FAR Parts 43 and 145, and company manuals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Record task hours and immediately report procedural or safety concerns to supervisors
Work flexible hours and be physically capable of working in tight or confined spaces
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to comprehend and perform aircraft fuel system maintenance tasks
Minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience (2–4 years preferred)
Familiarity with FAA maintenance regulations
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work in confined spaces and maintain flexibility in work schedule
Additional Information:
This is a non-certifying position and does not include inspection, supervisory, or management responsibilities
FAA certification under 14 CFR Part 65 is not required for this role
Compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures is mandatory
