A&P Mechanic

*Job Summary*

Veterans Alliance is seeking a reliable and experienced A&P Mechanic for a direct-hire position in Wilmington, North Carolina, supporting a broad mix of commercial and business jet operations. This opportunity involves working on Boeing 737-700/800, Airbus A319/A320, CRJ 700/900, and potentially AOG and light general aviation aircraft.

*Candidates must have prior airline experience and be open to multiple shift options.*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and business jets

* Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and avionics systems

* Document maintenance activities in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures

* Interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and aircraft maintenance documents

* Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

* Support AOG situations and flexible aircraft assignments as needed

*Qualifications*

* High school diploma or GED

* *Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate – REQUIRED*

* *Minimum 2 years of commercial airline maintenance experience – REQUIRED*

* Experience working with Boeing 737-700/800, Airbus A319/A320, and CRJ 700/900 preferred

* Ability to read technical drawings and documentation

* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

* Authorized to work in the U.S.

* Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

* 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

* 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

* 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
