Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic

*JOB LOCATION-CENTENNIAL, CO*

*Responsibilities:*

- Perform sheet metal repairs and modifications on aircraft structures

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals

- Fabricate and install sheet metal parts using hand tools and power tools

- Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot structural issues

- Weld and rivet sheet metal components as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

*Qualifications*:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic

- Knowledge of airframe structures and aircraft maintenance procedures

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

* Must be a US citizen

* Tools required

* DOT drug test and 10 year background check

* Per diem available to those that qualify

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
