*Overall Summary of Job*

* Potential Tech Positions are GTAW ( TIG or Laser) welding .

* Operates a variety of standard power tools and equipment.

* Maintains records and logs, as needed.

* Guidance and direction will come from experienced production Leads. Performs related duties as needed or assigned.

*Minimum Qualifications:*

* Graduation from high school and Technical School and three years of experience minimum in a variety of trades or construction work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

* Ability to work from sketches, drawings, and blueprints.

* Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively.

* Ability to work cooperatively with others. Excellent work history and attendance record.

* Pre-employment drug screen required.
