Barista/Cashier

*Position Summary:*

As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace—crafting quality beverages, delivering top-tier customer service, and creating memorable moments for guests on the go. Whether guests are catching a flight or winding down after a long travel day, you'll be there to serve them with efficiency, warmth, and a smile.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and serve Rooted Grounds Coffee drinks, teas, and light snacks

* Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment

* Follow all health and safety guidelines

* Manage cash and POS transactions accurately

* Assist with inventory, stocking, and product rotation

* Uphold Marriott brand standards and service culture

*Qualifications:*

* Prior barista or café experience preferred

* Strong communication and guest service skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

* Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
