A&P Mechanic (Entry-Level)

*Job Summary*

Veterans Alliance is seeking an entry-level or early-career A&P Mechanic for a 12-month contract position in Great Falls, Montana, supporting a variety of aircraft platforms in a heavy maintenance environment. This is a great opportunity for recently licensed A&P mechanics looking to gain hands-on experience and build long-term industry skills.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various fixed-wing aircraft

* Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect airframe and powerplant systems

* Follow technical data, blueprints, and maintenance manuals

* Ensure all work meets FAA regulations and safety standards

* Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time

* Work as part of a team to support hangar operations and aircraft readiness

*Qualifications*

* High school diploma or GED

* *Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – REQUIRED*

* 0–2 years of A&P experience (recent grads welcome)

* Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance practices

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

* Must pass a background check and drug screening

* Must provide own tools

* Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
