Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals using guest tracking as a tool for continuous improvement. Overall responsibility for maintenance and upkeep, cleanliness of rooms, and attentiveness of personnel. Preventative Maintenance needs to be consistent on a daily basis in all areas of the hotel. Perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry projects. Perform HVAC spring and winter inspections. Assist in HVAC unit repair projects. Guest room repair issues (caulking, tile repair, painting, plumbing, etc.). Determine needs for contract repair/services. v Perform, administer and document preventative maintenance. Carpet repair/tile floor repair. Minor roof repairs, painting projects, and exterior projects. Pool/spa repairs. With Regional Manager, identify skills needed for different projects and train technical people at property. Provide ongoing training for property based engineering personnel. Must have Valid Drivers Licence, Pass Drug screening and background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Every weekend * On call Work Location: In person

This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and facilities maintenance, along with the ability to lead and supervise maintenance activities. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery. * Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues. * Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively. * Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs. * Supervise and lead maintenance staff in daily tasks and projects. * Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime. *Experience* * Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers. * Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics. * Leadership experience in supervising maintenance teams is a plus. * Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team. * Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.
