What you will do The Repair Station Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the FAA-certificated Part 145 Repair Station. This position ensures that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with applicable FAA regulations, the Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM), and company policies and procedures. The manager is tasked with maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while also ensuring an efficient and timely delivery service. In addition to operational oversight, the manager is responsible for business development by identifying growth opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to planning initiatives aimed at expanding the repair station’s capabilities and market presence. The Repair Stion Manager partners with Marketing to develop and lead promotional and marketing efforts for Centennial Aircraft Services and provides accurate website content to be updated. *What Will You Be Doing? * Manages and controls maintenance operations on a shift basis in order to provide safe, compliant and reliable operations. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the activities of Part 135 personnel, ensuring efficient use of manpower and minimizing downtime.
