As a 3rd Shift Maintenance / Mechatronics Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment. You’ll diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, contributing directly to the performance and uptime of our facility. Who are we? Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with: Electrical systems (up to 460 volts) Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime Adjust machinery and equipment to maintain production standards and quality Respond to emergency equipment failures and support root cause analysis Fabricate machine components and supports using a lathe, mill, and welding equipment Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to resolve equipment issues and implement changes Monitor spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate findings to leadership Participate in facility improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects Continuously pursue training and certification opportunities for career growth What do we offer? 9-5:30 am Sunday-Thursday Competitive Pay: $34–$37/hour + up to 5% quarterly performance bonus Time Off: 20 days of PTO/ESST Benefits Package: 401(k) with company match, paid training, and educational assistance, health, dental, vision insurance Growth Environment: Career development opportunities in a growing aerospace company Work Culture: Supportive, team-oriented, and safety-focused environment What do you need to be successful? 2-year technical degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting experience with PLCs and VFDs, especially Allen Bradley systems Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints HVAC experience is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently on 3rd shift with minimal supervision Ready to Make an Impact? AOG Maintenance Technician - Dallas, TX

Provide mobile AOG support; troubleshoot and repair aircraft & engines; coordinate with mobile team and customers. Responsibilities: • Act as Business Jet's professional representative while performing offsite maintenance • Provide timely support for AOG maintenance events • Coordinate with mobile maintenance team on tech data, tooling, and logistics • Communicate with customer maintenance control • Research and brief airframe & powerplant troubleshooting/repair schemes • Troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft and engines • Assist/train other technicians • Complete work order entries for discrepancies, corrective actions, and billing • Track expenses and submit expense reports promptly Qualifications: • High school diploma • 5+ years aviation maintenance experience • Preferred experience: Gulfstream, Global, Falcon, Challenger; engines: BR710, HTF7000, PW306, TFE-731, PT6 • Proficient knowledge of airframe/engine repair • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Proficient with aviation software and basic computer skills • Accurate record-keeping; strong problem-solving Required Certifications: • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) – REQUIRED • Valid Driver's License • Ability to attain Love Field badge Benefits: • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, vision, prescription, supplemental plans • FSA/HSA/Dependent Care • Paid time off (3 weeks vacation/sick) + 8 paid holidays • Factory training and advancement opportunities Work Environment: Exposed to various weather and loud noise; lift/move up to 50 lbs; frequent standing/walking/squatting/crawling/climbing; client interaction.
